Join the Union
The association is composed of founding members, active members, honorary members and advisers. Membership is completed by filling in a form signed by the applicant and accepted by the Union's office; membership is confirmed by issuing a membership card bearing the member's personal details. (Articles 9 and 11 of the statutes)
The site displays only the application status and does not expose personal data.
Files are reviewed before final approval by the authorized body.
The application can later be tracked with the same email used in the form.
The membership path follows the conditions set out in the Union's statutes and internal regulations.
Membership conditions
In addition to the conditions set out in Article 4 of Law 12-06 on associations, an active member must (Article 10):
Enjoy their civil and political rights.
Not have been convicted of a crime or misdemeanour incompatible with the Union's field of activity, unless rehabilitated.

Related to supporting entrepreneurship, improving the environment for initiative and investment, and encouraging local production and self-employment.
Central Office for Competencies and Cadres
Focused on dialogue and cooperation among competencies, graduates, idea and project holders, and national institutions.
